Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Nuthakr account, the app published by Goco, and what happens to your data when you do. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Nuthakr and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your account. We'll reply to confirm and delete everything within 30 days.

Delete my account

Or write to dev@goco.dev with the subject “Delete my Nuthakr account”. If you send it from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm from the one on your account first, so nobody can delete an account that isn't theirs.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: name, email address and profile image.
  • Your study data: sessions, topics, goals, XP, levels, streaks and achievements.
  • Your group memberships and your contribution to each group's leaderboard and weekly goal.
  • Groups you created. If other members are still in one, it passes to one of them instead of being deleted.
  • The product analytics tied to your account.

What we keep

Nothing tied to your account. Copies can remain in our providers' encrypted backups for up to 30 days before those backups expire.

A waitlist signup on this website is separate from your account. To remove it, use the unsubscribe link in any email we've sent you, or ask us when you request deletion.
