Wondering what Nuthakr is, whether it's free or which phones it runs on? Those answers live in the FAQ on the home page. The questions below are about using the app.
- How do I join a study group?
- Open an invite link a member sent you, or tap Join Group in the app and enter the six-character code. Invite codes are case-insensitive.
- The invite link opened my browser instead of the app.
- That happens the first time before iOS or Android has verified the link, or if the app isn't installed. Tap “Open in the Nuthakr app” on the invite page, or paste the code into Join Group manually.
- Why did my session end on its own?
- If a session runs a long time without a check-in, Nuthakr asks whether you're still studying. Leaving that prompt unanswered marks the session abandoned so a forgotten timer doesn't inflate your stats.
- How are XP and levels calculated?
- You earn 2 XP for every minute of completed study. A level is eight hours of focus, so it takes 960 XP to reach the next one.
- Why isn't my streak showing?
- Streaks only start counting once you've studied three days in a row. Below that they're tracked but not displayed.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it and its study data within 30 days.
